NAUTICA, A Maritime Training and Assessment Center was conceptualize in collaboration with a US Based Offshore Company together with it’s partners in Manila. The team foresees that the Maritime Industry’s needs a more dynamic, comprehensive, in-depth, detailed, safer and practical approach in training DP operators and DP Engineers. Hence, A Maritime Training Center was set-up in Manila, with a state-of-the-art simulator that caters mainly for Dynamic Positioning Marine Technology. The Center is equipped with the latest Wartsila Platinum Series Dynamic Positioning Systems and V-Step Nautis Simulator System, combining two system that makes simulator training virtually seamless to real. With the guidance and supervision of experts with more than 30 years experience in the industry and with the close coordination with Nautical Institute of UK; NAUTICA has formulated courses that are accredited with the Nautical Institute of London. The Center now also provides customized Web-based E-Learning Training Infrastructure; Safety Management Analysis and Design Systems to it’s clients to meet the ever evolving demands in the Maritime Industry. NAUTICA is a NAUTICAL INSTITUTE (UK) Accredited Training Center for Dynamic Positioning Induction (Basic) Course, Dynamic Positioning Simulator (Advance) Course, Dynamic Positioning Re-validation Course and Dynamic Positioning Emergency Ship Handling, DP Knowledge for Technical Staff Course.
